Testing your forwarding from the same Gmail account
Your redirection doesn't seem to work when you try from sending a test from your email address? It's possible that this is a related issue.
If you test your email redirection by sending an email from your Gmail account to your domain that forwards back to your Gmail account, Gmail will detect the loop and delete the email without warning you.
For example, if you send an email from [email protected] toward [email protected] that is managed by YEY.email, and [email protected] redirects back to [email protected], Gmail will drop the email without notice.
If you’ve tested your email that way and haven’t received the email back, this is normal. If you want to test your forwarding, we recommend using https://sendtestemail.com/.
